ACMUN 2026

Northwest Arkansas Community College (in Bentonville, AR) will host the Arkansas Collegiate Model United Nations conference on Friday, November 6, 2026. This is a day-long conference for college students. The registration fee will be $25 per delegate. The committees and policy topics can be found below. Schedule and program will be coming soon. Questions about the conference can be emailed to Matt Evans, the conference organizer and NWACC MUN advisor, at mevans8@nwacc.edu.

2026 ACMUN Committee Topics

Each committee, apart from the Security Council, will have two topics to address over the course of the conference.  Committees will choose which topic to start with at the conference.  While students will likely cover more than one topic, it is possible that they will not.

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will decide, as a group, which policy topics to deal with at the conference and thus will reflect real-world current geopolitics happening around the world.

Council of Arab League (AL)

(1) Developing cooperative frameworks for hosting, integrating, and repatriating displaced populations.

(2) Coordinating Arab League responses to rebuilding governance, infrastructure, and economies in conflict‑affected states
